Europe increases pressure on Israel

Reacting to Madrid's move, Foreign Minister Israel Katz accused Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez of being a member of inciting the "genocide" of the Jews. However, Mr. Sanchez said that recognizing Palestinian statehood is an important step to achieving peace in the Middle East.
