Bahrain Summit kicks off Thursday

Manama [Bahrain], May 16: The 33rd regular session of the Arab League Council at the summit level will begin Thursday in Manama, headed by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain with the participation of Arab leaders or their representatives and the Secretary-General of the Arab League.
The summit will cover various political, development, security, economic, social, cultural, and media issues outlined in the draft agenda finalised by Arab foreign ministers.
It will also involve approving resolutions and the final declaration -Bahrain Declaration- by Arab leaders.
